Located just off Hwy 118 (formally Hwy 78 bypass), the park is named for former coach, teacher, and long-term park director James L. Fowler during whose service most of the current park system was built. It consists of two baseball fields, for ages 9-12, an outdoor basketball court and is located close to the Jasper Mall and several restaurants.
Park Hours: Monday through Thursday: 4:00 am - 9:00 pm; Friday through Sunday: 4:00 am - 11:00 pm
