GREASE & OIL/LUBRICANTS
The City of Jasper is soliciting bids to provide oil, grease, and lubricants to the City of Jasper and its departments. Successful contractor must be able to deliver product to department location at price bid. The contract period will be for a twelve-month period from bid award date, with an option to issue a second and third contract with the same pricing, terms and conditions and agreement by both parties for second and third twelve-month periods. All bids can be held for a period of sixty days after bid opening before awarding the contract. Bids will be evaluated by item and/or total and may be awarded by item, group or total whichever is in the best interest of the City.
The total quantity of purchases under the contract is not known. Orders will be placed, as the City of Jasper has need. ALL BIDS PRICES TO EXCLUDE ANY APPLICABLE TAXES
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Purchasing Agent, 121 17th Street West, Jasper, Alabama 35501 no later than 11:00 AM local time on April 27, 2026.

ANIMAL SHELTER IMPROVEMENTS
The City of Jasper, AL is seeking proposals for the upgrade and improvement of its existing animal shelter located at 2302 Birmingham Avenue, Jasper, AL 35501. Qualified General Contractors are requested to provide bids to ensure the work is completed in accordance with the specifications and standards outlined in the document, including those related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, roofing, and several other miscellaneous repairs to door frames, walls, cages, and posts.
