September 9, 2024 - Foothills Festival, presented by Jasper Area Entertainment, is coming up this weekend! Road closures downtown will begin this Friday morning at 6:00 a.m. on 19th Street from Corona Avenue to 6th Avenue. This is to allow access for vendors to set up and to enable volunteers and city employees to safely set up and prepare. There will be limited access on Alabama Ave. until 2:00 pm [orange on map]. All city offices will be open during regular business hours on Friday.
Weekend Notice: Road closures on 19th Street from Corona Avenue to 6th Avenue, along with portions of Birmingham Ave, Commerce Ave, Alabama Ave, and 1st Ave through 5th Ave, will be from 6:00 a.m. Friday, 9/13 until 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, 9/15. Please be aware of these road closures as you travel around downtown Jasper this weekend.
