The Jasper Civil Service Board will give a written exam and establish eligibility registers of qualified applicants for the following positions:
1) Heavy Equipment Operator Starting $40,496.49 yr CDL Type A required
2) Sanitation Equipment Operator Starting $40,496.49 yr

Test Date: July 28, 2026 at 6:00 PM
To qualify, the applicant must be a citizen of the United States and present a copy of the following documents at the time of making application:
1. Current Drivers License CDL for Heavy EO only
2. Social security card
3. Birth certificate
4. Three current letters of recommendation (from non city employees) signed and must include a phone number
Applications may be picked up at Jasper City Hall, 3rd floor Monday thru Friday 8-4 pm, or by visiting www.Jaspercity.com (employment opportunities).
Return completed application along with a copy of the above documents to the mailbox on 3rd floor.
